What is Key Worker?

I'm new to all this so trying to organise services for my son felt so overwhelming until I spoke with a lady named Tamara so is a good sent angel 😇 who explained everything to me in ways it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend using this service to anybody who needs help with there NDIS plan or don't know where to start
